CMU Detailing
The following sketch refers to a Parapet/ Roof section at the top of a CMU single wythe wall. The coping should slope back to the roof surface to prevent extra drainage down the face of the wall.

thanks for sharing and nice project...nice sketch!
with this detail you don't want to flash around the joist pocket. take the roof flashing and wrap it completely over the cap blocking .
the joists are at approx. 4'-0" oc. to do thru wall flashing at the parapet creates a bond break in the masonry and weakens the parapet.
why are you using concrete on the roof deck and then covering with insulation?
also....the sloped cap blocking isn't needed. use a single 2x cap plate. let the coping take care of the slope. be sure to note concealed fastners and concealed slice plate. from a quick google search here's a typical coping...

also....take the insulation to the underside of deck.
